Skills For Women
Project Sharda
‘Supporting a woman in her entrepreneurial journey is not just an act of kindness; it’s an investment in her potential to transform her life & uplift her entire community’.
Upskilling underprivileged women is the primary goal of Project Sharda. It is a gesture to support women who are starting their own businesses. We educate women essential skills through Project Sharda, such as Aroma Candle Making, Basic Makeup Workshop, Mehndi (Heena) Workshop, Financial Literacy Events, so they can support themselves.
Serve with Shraddha hopes to empower our women by establishing a company and providing a means of subsistence through this endeavour.

Mehndi Workshop
A Mehndi workshop serves as a potent tool for empowering women, offering income avenues and enhancing skill sets. These workshops celebrate the cultural art of henna application while providing practical means for women to earn. By mastering Mehndi, women gain a valuable skill for financial independence, enabling them to offer services professionally and participate in cultural events and festivities. Furthermore, Mehndi workshops transform participants by boosting confidence and self-esteem beyond financial gains. As women become proficient in this traditional art, they take pride in their abilities, positively impacting their well-being.
Ultimately, Mehndi workshops offer a dual opportunity for women: income generation and the acquisition of culturally significant skills. These initiatives contribute to both economic empowerment and the preservation of cultural heritage.
