Project Naitik Shiksha
‘Value Based Education – Ethics, Awareness & Sensitivity’
“Project Naitik Shiksha” aims to upskill underprivileged children by teaching Value Education through various methods. Over 150 children have participated in this initiative across various slum regions in Mumbai, gaining valuable skills and knowledge.
The term “value” encompasses various dimensions, including morality, enriching experiences, and redefining norms. Conflict and peace have subjective dimensions. In a world driven by Artificial Intelligence, empathy and understanding human emotions are crucial. The goal is to foster relatability, enhancing empathy and consciousness. Value-based education supplements formal schooling, preparing youth to navigate uncertainties and raising sensitivity levels. Real wisdom comes from practical experiences outside traditional classrooms, fostering resilience. India’s education system often lacks nature-based, sociological, economic, and gendersensitive education. Traditional knowledge is vital for nurturing leadership qualities in children. Value-based education empowers children to express themselves freely with patience and perseverance. Serve with Shraddha offers value-based education to underprivileged children, bridging gaps due to financial constraints and lack of infrastructure, enabling them to explore life effectively.
